After an active day, our restaurant offers entrees of traditional maremma cuisine prepared with many of the Farm’s organic products, including vegetables from our garden, maremma veal, lamb and wild boar, oil from our olive trees, goat cheese.

Before dining in the candlelit stone hall, guests may enjoy an aperitif of the local vintages in our wine bar.

During summer our restaurant is open twice weekly (minimum number of partecipants requested to plan a dinner) with set menu and fixed price, excluding beverages.
