Poggio Foco farm has 6 hectares of olive groves, the varieties present on the farm are: leccino, frantoio, maurino and caninese, they have an average age of about 30 years and lie on hilly ground rich in clay.
It is our aim to preserve the traditional Tuscan cultivation and the cultivars typical of our territory.
Our olive groves are cultivated according to the organic cultivation method, the harvesting done exclusively by hand, from the cold pressing of freshly picked olives you get a superior quality oil.
The particular position of the soils facing south, mainly arid, allows us to  to produce an oil rich in persistent and soft flavors with notes reminiscent of the green leaves and the artichoke.
