È a small detached cottage of 55 square meters with a large private fenced garden with a magnificent view of the vineyard, has a large living room with fireplace and TV, a separate kitchen with 4 burners, oven and dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and extra bed on request, bathroom with shower.
The apartment also offers a large 150sqm private fenced garden with panoramic views and equipped with seating and BBQ.
La Casetta is the only lodging that is NOT located in the central village area (where the Reception, pool, and other apartments are located); it is a 2-minute drive (or 5-minute walk) from the Reception; popular with those who like privacy and those with dogs.

Booking and cancellation terms
- Check In: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (different time can be arranged by advance agreement)
- Check Out: by 10 a.m. (late check out can be arranged in low season, if available)
- Minimum stay: July+August one week, usually Saturday to Saturday
- Minimum planned stay for bridges and holidays: 3 nights
- Confirmatory deposit: 1/3 approx. of the cost of the stay at booking, by bank transfer. Balance on arrival.
- In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: the deposit remains available to the customer for a new reservation during the current year, subject to availability.
- In case of cancellation in the 14 days prior to the arrival date or non-arrival: the full amount of the deposit will be withheld and the full amount of the stay will be due.
- In case of early departure: the ‘full amount of the booked stay will be retained.
Management reserves the right to require prepayment of the entire stay for groups and/or packages, promotional offers etc…
