Hands in the soil

At Poggio Foco you can immerse yourself in the farm’s activities by following the farm’s guided tours, discovering wild animals, wild boars and long-horned Maremma cows. Dairy sheep are raised on the farm; fodder, barley and oats are grown; and an excellent extra virgin olive oil is produced, all again using organic methods.

In-house hiking trails: discover the art of meditating while walking. Surrounded by the stillness of nature, quiet paths and striking views, each step becomes an opportunity to regain balance and inner harmony. Here walks become a journey within oneself, accompanied by the sound of the wind and the scent of the earth. Let the breath guide you andexperience the unique experience of a moving meditation .

For younger children there is also a playground reserved for the children of today and yesterday.

From the swimming pool, designed to fit seamlessly into the natural surroundings, there is an enchanting view that sweeps from the vineyards of Poggio Foco to the coast.

In the evening, on the way back from the sea, admire the fiery sunsets of the Maremma while sipping good local wine, with the possibility of outdoor cooking, thanks to the barbecue areas.

Poggio Foco is also a privileged place to be enchanted by the magic of the starry sky.
