Apartment located on the first floor, about 85 square meters in size, consists of living room with fireplace and TV, dining area and kitchenette with 4 burner stove, oven and dishwasher, one double bedroom and extra bed on request, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub that can also be used as a shower, and large private and equipped terrace.

Booking and cancellation terms

Check In: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (different time can be arranged by advance agreement)
Check Out: by 10 a.m. (late check out can be arranged in low season, if available)
Minimum stay: July+August one week, usually Saturday to Saturday
Minimum planned stay for bridges and holidays: 3 nights
Confirmatory deposit: 1/3 approx. of the cost of the stay at booking, by bank transfer. Balance on arrival.
In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: the deposit remains available to the customer for a new reservation during the current year, subject to availability.
In case of cancellation in the 14 days prior to the arrival date or non-arrival: the full amount of the deposit will be withheld and the full amount of the stay will be due.
In case of early departure: the ‘full amount of the booked stay will be retained.
