Laurel Apartment
It occupies the entire ground floor of a stone farmhouse, about 90, sq. m. It consists of a large living room with fireplace and TV, a separate kitchen with dining area, 4 burner stove, oven and dishwasher, a double bedroom with attached private bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and, on request, an extra bed.
The apartment also offers a second bathroom with shower and enjoys a large independent terrace, surrounded by greenery, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.
Ground floor apartment accessible by wheelchair.
N.B. The OLEANDER and ALLORO units can also be rented together as one group since they are located on the first and ground floors of the same building, respectively, and are connected by a convenient covered outdoor staircase.

Booking and cancellation terms
- Check In: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (different time can be arranged by advance agreement)
- Check Out: by 10 a.m. (late check out can be arranged in low season, if available)
- Minimum stay: July+August one week, usually Saturday to Saturday
- Minimum planned stay for bridges and holidays: 3 nights
- Confirmatory deposit: 1/3 approx. of the cost of the stay at booking, by bank transfer. Balance on arrival.
- In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: the deposit remains available to the customer for a new reservation during the current year, subject to availability.
- In case of cancellation in the 14 days prior to the arrival date or non-arrival: the full amount of the deposit will be withheld and the full amount of the stay will be due.
- In case of early departure: the ‘full amount of the booked stay will be retained.
Management reserves the right to require prepayment of the entire stay for groups and/or packages, promotional offers etc…
Management reserves the right to ask for a security deposit.
Management reserves the right to calculate any economic damages incurred.
