Green gold, a taste of history and tradition

Growing the flavors of our land
Poggio Foco Farm grows olives on 6 hectares of land, the varieties on the farm are: leccino, frantoiano, maurino and caninese; they have an average age of about 30 years and lie on hilly soils rich in clay.
Our goal is to preserve traditional Tuscan cultivation and the olive cultivars typical of our region. Our olive groves are organically farmed, and harvesting is done exclusively by hand.
The freshly picked olives are cold-pressed to produce a superior-quality oil. The unique location of our south-facing plots, on predominantly arid soil, allows us to produce an oil rich in aromas, with a persistent and smooth flavor, and notes reminiscent of green leaves and artichoke.
